there's no other way

recently i feel so worried about my weight.its not that i've put on weight but just felt that i'm getting bigger days and days.maybe bcoz of my appetite and i like to having a heavy dinner almost every nite.its not bcoz my husband like to eat but it just me.sometimes,i get easily hungry especially during and after classes.hmmm..what to do now.i think,there's no other way besides to exercise..or maybe i should diet started from now on,no more heavy dinner and late dinner...pray for myself,good luck!
