How to Flatten Your Abs

Learn how to flatten your abs through diet and exercise. You can easily lose belly fat and get the stomach you've always dreamed of. Use these easy tips to lose weight fast and get sculpted abs.

Instructions

1.Reduce sugar and starchy foods from your diet. Sugar causes your insulin levels to spike and decrease rapidly, and this change can make your body hold on to body fat. Lose body fat by using either sugar substitutes like Splenda or by eliminating your sugar intake altogether. Break through the fat and unveil beautiful, flat abs once you commit to reducing or eliminating your sugar intake.
2.Aim to clock at least 30 minutes of vigorous cardiovascular activity each day for at least 6 days per week. You will need to burn through the fat before you notice changes in your abdominal region. It doesn't matter how many sit-ups or crunches you do, if you don't receive proper cardio you won't see results in your tummy. Get ripped abs immediately by engaging in workouts that raise your heart rate for at least 30 minutes or more.
3.Balance your nutrition to get a flat stomach by eating whole grains, lean protein and vegetables. Stay away from simple carbohydrates like white bread and donuts. These foods will make you feel bloated and you will have a hard time unlocking ripped abs. Pay attention to your diet and control cravings so you can have the most attractive mid section possible.
4.Get adequate sleep each night. Researchers have determined that lack of sleep can lead to weight gain. Manage your weight and your abs by receiving 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
5.Slim down your stomach by drinking lots of water each day. Water will help you to eat less because you will feel fuller and water can also help you to reduce bloating caused by too much sodium intake.
6.Limit your sodium. Too much salt can make your stomach appear larger than life. Moderate the sodium you intake by avoiding processed foods and never sprinkle extra salt on your cooked foods at meals. You will flatten your abs and lower your cholesterol all at the same time.

How to Reduce Your Hip Size

Wide hips may be the result of large hipbones or fat that has accumulated around the hip area. While there isn't anything that can be done if the size of your hips is due to your bone structure, there are a variety of exercises that can be done to help burn fat from around your hips. The two types of exercise that will help the most to reduce your hip size are light aerobic exercise and traditional gym exercises that work the hips, legs and buttocks.

Instructions

1.Begin a walking or jogging routine. Walking or jogging regularly will reduce overall body fat, which will decrease fat deposits around the hips and buttocks. Try to walk or jog for 45-minute increments for maximum fat-burning effect. When walking, try taking longer steps to work out the leg and hip muscles.
2.Ride a bicycle or take up skating. This type of light aerobic exercise will work the leg, hip and buttocks muscles, while also burning calories. Both of these activities help the body build balance, which leads to a more effective workout overall. Additionally, cycling is a low-impact exercise that is ideal for overweight or injury-prone individuals and can even be done indoors with a stationary bike.
3.Incorporate squats into your workout routine. Start with your feet spaced shoulder width apart and your toes pointed straight ahead or slightly outward. Bend forward at the hips and imagine you're attempting to sit on an imaginary chair. Keep your back straight as you bend. Squat until the tops of your thighs are parallel with the ground, keeping your head up the whole time. Stand back up. Repeat the motion several times, then rest and try again.
4.Start doing lunges. Take two dumbbell weights and hold one in each hand. Stand straight with your shoulders back and feet together. Take a step forward with your right leg. Bend your knees, lowering your left knee toward the ground. Try to lower yourself straight down with as little forward momentum as possible. Return to a standing position by retracting your right foot and stand with your feet together again.

Movies 2011


Recently, i have watched 'the tourist' which is starring by Angelina Jolie & Johnny Deep.the story is make me thinking about the ending because its kind of complicated.but what i luve the most about this movies is the star esp. angelina.she looks so stunning with her dressed up.but i do surprised coz she's so skinny.i wish i had her figure hehe..
her make up is also makes her hot!

4.Kuat bersenam(at least once a week jog)


5. Tambah savings bg bykkk huhu(sbb byk tmpt lg blom pg)

6.Xmo shopping sgt,dating je hehe

tp mampukah nak menahan diri dr bershopping dan mkn sbb dua2nya adalah fave dan ia juga merupakan kelemahan dimana aku sering tewas hahaha
but the most thing that i wanted this moment is i wanna be as skinny as gwyn@angie
bak kata opah,zmn skrg lg kurus lg cantek!

a cup of time...



The most important time for me is when we've have spents times together with our family.maybe do some exercise like jogging,or aerobics.but my way is having our breakfast or dinner together.we would like to have a breaks for coffee sometimes.

this is my husband&I fave

but drinks coffee so much is not good for health.we're having coffee sometimes..what we called is 'just tasted the white coffee' hihi...
The good one is chocolate drinks.
so yummyy!
